LITHIUM uses personal information to provide the services you request. To the extent LITHIUM uses your personal information to provide services to you, LITHIUM shall provide you the ability to opt-out of such uses. LITHIUM identifies and uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with LITHIUM server, and to administer LITHIUM web based services. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. LITHIUM will occasionally ask you to complete optional online surveys. These surveys may ask you for contact information and demographic information. LITHIUM will not share your profile information with any other organization to let them use it for marketing purposes.

We are capturing the User Data/Location ,So they can Identify the user’s location also we capture image to identify user is itself using the app. This is the main core functionality of our LITHIUM application.

LITHIUM™ Product Suite may link to other websites or applications that may collect personally identifiable information about you. LITHIUM is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those linked websites.

Disclosures and Consents

LITHIUM recommends unlimited data and messaging plans in connection with your use of the LITHIUM Services. For some services, LITHIUM requires the use of email and/or SMS text messages and/or IVR messaging. Depending on your mobile phone plan, standard data and messaging charges may apply. LITHIUM collects, maintains and uses your personal information and the geographic location of your mobile phone to provide the LITHIUM Services. By using the LITHIUM Services, you consent to (a) the use of your mobile phone’s location to provide the LITHIUM Services, including the use or display of such information to your employer or law enforcement agencies, (b) receive text messages and emails from LITHIUM.

Protection of Your User Information

Your Personal Information is protected in several ways. Access by you to your personal information is available only with a user ID and password. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. In addition, your personal information resides on a secure server that only selected LITHIUM personnel and contractors and your Employer have access to via password.

LITHIUM wherever possible and applicable encrypts your Personal Information and thereby strives to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to LITHIUM.

Although LITHIUM uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical safeguards to protect your User Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that we receive on your behalf through your use of the LITHIUM Services or that you transmit to LITHIUM. LITHIUM uses the SSL Protocol to secure user data.
